Velpact is a platform that connects content creators with brands interested in collaborations. Creators present their profile, their statistics and their Media Kit, and brands discover creators who fit their campaigns.

Negotiation, the contract, payment and deliverables are all handled in one place, the Deal Room.

The creator sets up a profile and publishes their Media Kit. The brand finds them and proposes a collaboration, and the proposal opens in a Deal Room.

There the two parties discuss the conditions in messages and sign the pact, and once the payment is confirmed, the creator delivers. The brand approves the delivery or asks for a revision, and the payment is released.

For content creators, influencers and UGC creators, as well as for brands and companies that want to work with them. For now there are two account types: Creator and Brand.

The site is available in Romanian, English, French, Spanish and German, and you can create a profile from any country. Rates can be expressed in USD, EUR, GBP, RON, AUD or CAD.

The brand can pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer confirmed by the Velpact team. The release to the creator is handled by the team, so we cannot guarantee that it works for every country or bank. If you and your partner work from different countries, write to us on the Contact page before you start the collaboration.

You create an account with your name, email and password, and confirm your email address with a code sent to you by email. Then you fill in your profile: bio, social networks, number of followers (you enter it yourself) and the niches you work in.

After you submit your profile, the Velpact team reviews it and approves it manually. Brands only see you in the lists after approval and once you publish your page.

Nothing. The account, the Media Kit, the public page and the Deal Room are free, with no subscription.

Velpact only earns money when a collaboration is completed on the platform: the fee is currently 10% of the collaboration amount and you see it before you sign. Optionally, you can pay for the Featured label, which puts your profile in the bands on the home page. Prices are on the Pricing page.

The Media Kit is your professional presentation: photo, headline, audience information, the deliverables you offer, showcase clips (YouTube, TikTok or Vimeo link) and a rate card.

A well-filled Media Kit helps brands quickly see whether you fit their campaign. In My account you see a checklist of what is still left to fill in.

Yes. You display your rates in the rate card, in the currency you choose. They show brands what price you have in mind.

The final amount of a collaboration is set in the Deal Room. The brand proposes the amount, you discuss it in messages, and the pact is signed only once you both agree. There is no minimum value imposed for collaborations.

Fill in your profile, wait for approval and publish your page. Brands search for you by niche and can propose a deal directly from your page. You get an email, and you read the proposal in the Deal Room.

Creators do not start the collaboration themselves: the proposal comes from the brand, and you reply in the Deal Room. For more visibility you can choose Featured.

Featured is a paid spot on the home page, with the “Featured” label. There are two variants: Prime, below the top section, and Discovery, before the footer. Featured profiles appear in hourly rotation, so that all creators get equal exposure.

You choose the package in My account and pay securely and instantly by bank card (Stripe) or by bank transfer, with quick confirmation from the Velpact team. With a card, the package becomes active automatically after payment. You can have a Prime and a Discovery package at the same time.

Yes. We do not require a minimum number of followers. Brands also look at the quality of the content, the creative style, the niche and what you can deliver. Put clips in your Media Kit that show your work at its best.

From the Creators page you can search by name and niche. Each creator has a Media Kit with audience, deliverables, clips and rates. You can save the ones you are interested in to your Shortlist.

Only creators approved by the Velpact team appear in the lists.

Contact starts from the creator’s page, with the “Contact” button, which sends a direct invitation. You fill in the title, the brief, the deliverables, the amount and the usage rights, and the creator can accept, decline or reply with a counteroffer. After acceptance a Deal Room opens where you talk.

Creators do not publish a phone number or email on their profile. The whole conversation stays in the Deal Room, so that there is a clear record.

Yes. You discuss in the Deal Room messages. The brand can change the title, the brief, the amount and the rights as long as the pact has not been signed by both parties. After a change, a new version of the pact is generated and signed again.

There is no minimum value imposed for collaborations. The Velpact fee and the net amount the creator receives are shown transparently before the proposal is sent.

Yes. Each collaboration has its own Deal Room, with messages, pact, payment and deliverables. All your deals appear in the Deals list, and you also find the Deal Room messages in your Inbox.

For now the platform only has Creator and Brand accounts, with no features dedicated to agencies (for example several users on the same account). If you work as an agency, write to us on the Contact page and we will see together how we can help.

The Deal Room is the space of a collaboration. Here the brand and the creator write messages, see the terms, sign the pact, follow the payment status, submit and approve deliverables and, at the end, can leave a review.

Notification emails only tell you that you have a new message. You read the content in the Deal Room.

Yes. Each collaboration has a pact with the amount, the brief and the rights. When both parties sign, a PDF document is archived with a digital fingerprint (SHA-256 hash), the date and the account that signed.

The pact is drawn up in the language in which the deal was created, and what you wrote yourselves (title, brief, rights) stays exactly as you wrote it. The signature is that of your Velpact account and is not a qualified electronic signature. Once both parties have signed, the terms are locked.

Secure instant payment by bank card (Stripe) or quick confirmation from the Velpact team. The money is handled through Velpact. It is not a bank escrow account and Velpact is not a bank.

The steps are: once you both have signed, the brand pays Velpact from the Deal Room, by card (Stripe) or by bank transfer. With a card payment, the confirmation appears automatically within a few seconds; with a transfer, the team confirms that the funds have arrived. Only then does the creator start the delivery. After the brand approves the delivery, the team releases the payment to the creator.

Card details are entered only on the Stripe page; Velpact does not see or store them.

Do not pay or ask for payment outside the platform.

After the brand approves the delivery, the Velpact team releases the payment manually. The creator receives the net amount from the pact, that is, the collaboration amount minus the fee, which is shown in the Deal Room before signing. We cannot promise a fixed release time, because the process is still manual.

Either party can open a dispute in the Deal Room, stating the reason. The collaboration stops, and the Velpact team reads the messages and the deliverables and communicates the decision.

Depending on the decision, the funds held are either released to the creator or refunded to the brand. Keep the whole conversation in the Deal Room, because that is where the evidence can be seen.

Yes. The fee is currently 10% of the collaboration amount. You see it before you send or sign the proposal, together with the creator’s net amount. The account itself is free. The details are on the Pricing page.

Creator accounts are checked manually by the Velpact team before they appear in the lists. The number of followers is entered by the creator, and we do not verify it automatically. An approved account can receive an identity badge granted by the team. Brands can also have a verification badge.

No. On the public pages we do not display your phone number or your email. Communication starts in the Deal Room.

Yes. You can update your profile, Media Kit, clips and rates at any time from My account. From My data you can change your name, password and email address. The new address is activated only after you confirm the link you receive on it.

Yes, by yourself, from My account, under My data, with the “Request account deletion” button. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Before deleting you can download a copy of your data (JSON file).

Your public profile disappears, and your name, email, photo or logo, bio and links are anonymised or deleted. Collaborations, PDF contracts, signatures and payment events are kept, without your name, because the law requires us to archive contractual and financial documents.

If you have a collaboration in progress, finish it or write to us before you delete the account.

On the Contact page you find the email address, the contact form and the chat. The chat is available after you sign in, and we reply within an hour at most.
